I checked the reviews before contacting this company involving a musty smell caused by visiting Raccoons (who have now been evicted) in our attic space and could not believe the rave reviews for "Christopher". But they were all accurate. Christopher fully explained the cleaning process, insurance issues and then offered to come out to the house without charge. He came out and spent a lot of time crawling in tight spaces and then using a fogging device in all upper bedrooms. The cost was reasonable and did not even reflect the extra work involved . Best company I have dealt with, therefore, I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.
Sae'Von SpringerChristopher is absolutely stellar. I was dealing with a leak in our rental cabin but was struggling to isolate the source. I called a different plumbing company to come out on 2 separate occasions & each time they claimed they didn't find any leak. After a guest witnessed the leak themselves, I made another call, this time finding MRS Restoration. Chris took the time to speak with me about the issue & added me onto his schedule & was onsite within a couple hours. All of this on a Saturday no less! Once Chris arrived he was able to locate and diagnose the leak quickly, providing suggestions for the solution & referrals to specialist who could help implement the fix. Without a doubt, Chris and MRS are provided the best service and best value of anyone I've dealt with in Blue Ridge. 20/10 recommend!
