I called MRS and was connected with Christopher and he provided me with so much information on how to begin the process of protecting my home until he could have someone arrive to evaluate the damages. My home had a pipe break on June 17th 2021 and we were gone on vacation and came home to a terrible mess. From the time I called to the time Christopher and his team arrived was 37 minutes. My adjuster had worked with Christopher once before with no issues and the amount of knowledge provided allowed for almost instant comfort in choosing this company. We lost some antique furniture from the flooding but with Christophers help out documentation and photographs were enough needed to provide the insurance company with and a non salvageable list to be reimbursed. I live in a small town, Blue Ridge,GA. Finding a company in an emergency to protect my home from water damage was not very promising, I looked up water damage companies near me on google and MRS popped up in my maps within 4 miles of me. I contacted MRS and immediately was connected to a live person who took down all of my information and then patched me through directly to their non call certified water restoration technician. I spoke with Christopher and he just unloaded an abundance of knowledge during our conversation, then he offered to come by within 20 minutes for a free moisture inspection to see how serious my problem was. He was able to show me the wet areas, and ended up being able to dry everything in place with only removing my baseboards which he and his team due very carefully and cleanly. Christopher stayed consistent the entire duration of my project, I wasn’t asked for any money upfront and was even assured in the beginning that I wouldn’t be until the project was complete and I was 100% satisfied and at that time my insurance company would be billed. Very professional, I would give more stars if I could.
